Other teams also would benefit from filtered reports on their home page but filtered to show only their team’s tickets. For example Figure 7-3 shows how many open tickets the team has assigned that have breached SLA, or breaching within the next 10 hours. Grouped by assignee it should compel the individual contributor to clear his queue quickly.
